opening my bedroom door stopped sleep apnea immediately. Who knew Uninterrupted breathing meant I stopped waking up through the night, obviously.
Not so obvious, all the waking up that I put down to needing to pee, typical sign of getting old.. was nothing of the sort. It was psychosomatic, joining dots that weren't there.
Back to young man 8 hour nights, I hardly ever wake up for a nighttime bathroom visit since working it out, by luck of course. Just need to work on waking up with the libido of a young man again :)
