Looks good! Peanut sauce and mayo could go well together. I imagine the peanut taste takes over. The onions complement well the peanut sauce? (And I imagine peanut sauce = peanut butter?)
The mayo is tangy and creamy the peanut sauce is rich and savory
Peanut sauce comes in many different forms but generally speaking its made with peanut butter coconut milk ketjap manis and sambal

A thickened sweet soy sauce from Indonesia its very common here in the Netherlands because indonesia used to be a colony.
Super underrated i cook with it at least once a week.
