It's a cheap, nutritious global-fusion train wreck, and nothing makes me and my body feel better than this mix does for breakfast.

Eggs, bacon, beans, mushrooms black pudding, tomatoes fried bread and a hash brown. Coffee or Tea. Basically a Full English Breakfast.
