What communities should i join for decentralized web and community building stuff?

Just about everything being built on #nostr has decentralization as a core ethos. Follow a bunch of devs and you should find what you’re looking for.
Follow hashtags first,
People second.
How do you find hashtags?
Just type one in on global or post a note like this one:
#permies
#forage
#foragestr
#grownostr
Click it & press follow on the top.
In the "global" feed look up things both the regular way and the nostr way. Like #fitness or #fitstr or #fitnesschain. There's a bit of jazz to it so just try stuff.
Maybe someone has some better way though?
Global feed is a bit nutty though so I wouldn't just try to scroll it.
