What is your definition of god?
I ask this to anyone that mentions it out of genuine interest.
Well the thought came to me as an allusion to the “In God We Trust” printed on USA currency
So that definition, but to further dissect it, I’d be referring to the Christian understanding of God as presented through the collection of texts commonly referred to as the Bible.
I see. But does the bible not refer to God as a personified entity?
I have a hard time wrapping my head around that.
Or should this personification also be considered metaphorical?
To compare, I see "god" as the absolute underlying.
Physics, nature, probability intertwined.
If I had to think of god rather as a person, I could only manage to do so in the sense that we are an experiment or an accident caused by another one of his experiments.
