When people warn against "address reuse" is that about not sending *to* the same address twice, sending *from* the same address twice, or both? (Though I think most of our wallets today only send from an address once, creating a new *change* address.)

Is it bad opsec to send *to* the same address twice? Maybe a dumb question...
