I feel this design could be improved upon by making the buttplug vibrate every time your addy received a new transaction.

It definitely could. Very doable actually.
I have a butt plug that vibrates when customers tip me while I’m camming.
The downside would be if someone decides to send you 1 million sats right in the middle of a TSA inspection.
