I tried to install but not seeing it 
Its not in the community plugins yet, but you can clone it or download it and plop it into the plugin folder.
I updated the .readme, thanks for the heads up.
This will reveal that all of nostr is based on everyone following nostr:npub18ams6ewn5aj2n3wt2qawzglx9mr4nzksxhvrdc4gzrecw7n5tvjqctp424
