Bitcoin is up 8,000% since Drivechains were first proposed.
I personally can wait another 6 years.

Now add eth's value increase and market cap and see how dumb your drivechain take is.
Solo Eth never needed to happen, it could just have been another sidechain but backed by bitcoin. This is called opportunity loss.
