hey, i think there is no problem with people running apps that have expensive or AI driven moderation systems.

they just are not gonna be very cost effective without VC money and are going to muddy the waters for everyone else.

but we bitcoiners know well the value of building protocols that dgaf about silos and nobody has captured bitcoin, though they managed to suppress the value a lot in the last few years with fake claims to hold it, i'm sure teh same mindset will prevail on nostr.

the hard part is getting enough money to go to the devs with the designs that promote freedom. fiat money tends to go to fiat ends.
