No, it's random. Some times they're there, sometimes not.

Could be a service or internet issue.
Other clients are fine. Nostrudel has been my replacement, even though it's on different hardware. Primal loads names and pfps perfectly on my phone.
That's weird, not sure why that is.
I might nuke it from space. It's the only way to be sure.
