I'd have said the left was crossdressing and the right was drag.

Drag has never been funny, it's always mocking women. Crossdressing can be situationally funny (e.g. in plays such as this) as long as they don't pretend they've actually changed sex when they're unmasked and demand to be treated as the opposite sex as if it's a right.
