1.5 oz Rumhaven Coconut Rum

1.5 oz pineapple juice

1 oz lime

.5 oz demerara

.25 oz pineapple liqueur

.25 oz orgeat

Shaken, served up (in a coupe), dehydrated pineapple slice with a luxardo cherry on top.

It turned out great 🤌

We can call it the Hawk Tuah I guess.
