Sit by a river and listen to it. Take off your shoes and walk on the grass. Really look at, and watch, someone you love. Laugh out loud at the stupidity of their stories. Then tell me again that you aren’t spiritual.
I don’t consider experiencing life/loved ones and the world in which we know it all being spiritual, but if that’s the definition of spiritualism then i suppose i stand corrected
I was just trying to say there is no definition for spirituality and whatever guides you is “right”. I think we all possess something that guides us to be “good” human beings.
