FEMA accomplished exactly fucking nothing in western NC while somehow blowing a billion dollars. They didn’t house anybody, nothing got cleaned up, they were basically non existent. Yet they managed to destroy more than a billion in wealth stolen from the very people who were trying to pull scraps together to help.
