That’s a great pace. I did 8:40 on a recent 5k.
Nice! I didn’t mean to push the pace on this one. 8:23 is my goal pace for an upcoming half marathon 😬
Are you cross training for the half marathon?
I’ve been doing a weekly spin class and weights. Yoga a few times a month. Oh and sauna. Plan to do a 10k in July.
