Thank you #[2] and #[3], this has been a hell of a conversation. I think I've been depriving myself of information. I tried to research more but I got overwhelmed and my anxiety skyrocketed so I just left it alone. 😢. But this is really affecting my life so I have to try again

Try out Kava Kava for sure, the spray works the best. Valerian Root you can find in some teas.
