Another question: Do you back the list up, somehow, in case someone gets overexcited and accidentally deletes them? Or should we export the list?

it is good to have your own backups always. i do take a daily backup of the tables where acls are stored and could restore it with 24hr granularity.

I always save copies, but then I misplace my saved copies. 😅
