Oatmeal is such an enormous scam it actually pisses me off.

It is SO bad for you.

helluva malware that one. Got a ton of people

I was never more inflamed than when I was eating oats daily. My body would gag... I thought this was good for me.

No wonder I hate it. I tried eating steel cut oats once and wondered how people could possibly consider mouth torture delicious.

And before people say I didn't cook it right. I made it in a zojirushi rice cooker, so you're not making oatmeal any better than that.

Might do a vid about that.

Any resources?

Do it!

also curious

Glyphosate should be banned

Also goes for nuts like almonds which is why oat/almond/soy milk are bad for you. Raw milk all the way.

This is a good primer. Happy to dig for more depending on the direction you want to go; you could talk about how the basic store-bought stuff is insanely loaded with glyphosate which is linked to all sorts of horrible problems, or you could talk about how even the most clean, organic stuff is full of plant defense chemicals that are still horrible for you, and none of the "nutrients" are bioavailable for human digestion

Imagine a world with more than two breakfast choices, tf

The best thing about this is that people can try it out for themselves; try eating a carnivore diet, basically beef, butter, bacon and eggs, for 90 days. Then, if you're feeling brave, try eating refined grains, cereals, skim milk, etc for another 90 and let your body tell you what it feels best on.

If you want to check your glucose spikes, you can also purchase a continuous glucose monitor and see which meals spike it the most (spoiler, it's not the fatty meat).

I'd go for the one on the right if you replace the pb and oatmean with yogurt. In fact, it's one of my go-to breakfasts. Even better of the yogurt is homemade
