Is there a Faraday app that can interfere or scramble signals from your phone?

A faraday cage is a continuous metallic material generally with an insulated material inside so that the object won’t make contact with the conductive material. It blocks electromagnetic radiation because it flows around the cage following the conductive material rather than within
So no app then. :-)
I mean there are such things as scramblers but I’m not sure they would work for this. Easiest thing would be keeping a metal box with a smaller cardboard box inside. Just put anything you have in there while on trips. Also drive older cars that don’t have all the sensors and infotainment systems
I purchased a yard of faraday cloth, and made bags for my phone and laptop. It was not terribly expensive.
There is an emerging market for purses and bags with faraday lining to be sure.

Been keeping my car key fob in the faraday key bag.
Las night, I put my phone in airplane mode and then put it in a larger faraday bag. This morning the phone battery was at zero. Had to plug into a charger to turn it on.
Do I need to power down the phone to avoid battery draining when using the faraday bag? Or maybe it was searching for the wireless network all night?
