Maybe Amethyst could help mitigate this by displaying the relay info card upon clicking 'add' and a proceed/cancel option. Relays would need to include a short statement about write policy or basic function in the description, which doesn't seem like it would be too difficult for anyone operating specialized relays to do.
Its probably not the best technical approach, but maybe it could be a temporary mitigation until something better & more technically sound appears?
We could. But we don't really know which relay should be used where because the relays themselves don't tell us that.
I dont know. Relays have that nice, underutilized description section. Maybe putting it front & center can help incentivize operators to be a little more descriptive, and Amethyst wouldn't need to worry about explaining what each relay does. Mistakes will still happen, but most people are smart enough to read something short and consider whether it fits their use case, especially when its a required step. I think, anyway. 😂
