I want to start using torrents again, but skip the copyright infringement emails 😂

What software do I use?

Do I just turn on a VPN on my computer?

In most cases yes, but you want to be sure to set your torrent client to use only the VPN interface to make connections because default behavior of most clients uses all network interfaces so your IP can still leak to BitTorrent peers

Qbittorrent makes it pretty easy 😇

Whenever I want to do a test I use ipleak.net it provides a magnet link you can add to your torrent client to see what peer connections it makes
