Raw cows milk. Any people out there have experience drinking it regularly? I’m talking about non-pasteurized milk.

An acquaintance recently brought some over to me, saying that she just found a local supplier and is so excited she wanted to share some.

I’ve read many conflicting reports online about benefits and risks of drinking raw milk. Each site reporting about it had its biases behind its stance.

I tried it and it tasted great. Mostly like the pasteurized milk I’ve had my whole life.

most people leaving in villages, in many countries, used to buy everyday products (like milk) directly from small local producers and it was a very common things back in the 90s. shit... I am such a boomer

Haha, boomer. Small communities, especially decades ago, drank raw milk because they were close to the source. Now we are more urbanized. Urbanization introduced contaminants into milk distribution, which was solved by pasteurization. So I’m trying to assess the safety of drinking raw milk in this newer paradigm.

I just realised i was trinking raw milk my whole youth. Like up untill i was like 16. Thats when our relatives got rid of the cows.

We trank milk every day.

I grew much taller and stronger than my parents. I am 198cm.

So cool that you were able to get milk directly from the source like that.
