Odd that big tech companies collect a LOT of your data but doesn't retain their own
This looks at a couple incidents in San Francisco
- Uber mysteriously took three years to find records of drivers in the area of a car / bicycle accident
- a Lime scooter rider going the wrong way ran into a bicycle - again the company can't find out who did it
