Ive been told by people "smarter" than me that because I use a GNU/Linux distribution and GrapheneOS, my devices are less secure than people who use MacOS desktop and iOS.

By using Linux and Graphene, I'm the security risk because you can't trust individuals to follow best practices.
But by using AppleOS or whatever, Apple is the security risk, but you can trust them because giant industrial actors never ever ever mess up on security ever.

I was told that I could spend a life time hardening my systems myself, which may not even be possible, I will stay humble even though I have been studying linux sys admin for over 15 years. So the best option for me is to move to apple products, got it.
