never heard of valerian root before 🤔

"Research is lacking" despite its widespread use as a sleeping aid.

Its because there's no money to be made from it, and thus no studies funded by pharma.

Same with St. John's Wort and depression.

And a million other herbal treatments .

I’ll have to check it out. I have been into Elderberry Juice since the start of pandemic 💜
