Cut on either side of the seed, then cut the meat criss cross and fold the skin. Pretty cubes you can cut off with a knife or pluck off with your fingers. I'll usually trim what I can from around the seed or just pick that up and chomp it.

I felt very much like the fancy lady the first time I did it ๐
But it is kinda fun to have mango juice dripping down my face as i chomp down. Takes me back to being a kid.๐
