It's just so wild to me hearing a musician being incredibly grateful to get $0.50 from a fan that enjoyed their music. This just reaffirms how incredibly broken the music industry is and that it's ready for change. The music industry is ready for value for value and independent musicians are going to reap the benefits.

They're staying humble and stacking
Indeed. The big corps are extortion machines for hopeful artists and they need to be bankrupted.
The corporations, that is.
The world is ready for Sats, and Nostr. 💪🫡🫂💜
when I put my first single out on the internet, only one person bought it for like a dollar, and I was so happy about her even caring. then I ended up getting stalked by billionaires who literally just wanted to see me become an OnlyFans prostitute for free, so...yeah.
shit does need to change.

All industries have been robbed by the fiat system. I've watched over the years talented people work so hard thinking they will at least get a decent amount of money only to get pennies.
Eventually they all burn out and do something else. It's a never ending circle.
As Bitcoin is taking over I am seeing the change, that artists are getting money directly from fans without a third party. Some have already made more money from a couple of fans then they have ever made in a decade from being in YouTube. It's revolutionary.
Even though i have watched countless hours of content from artists, I have never donated to anyone on YouTube because it requires personal information and a credit card. I've always wanted to tho.
Zapping someone for their vidoes is quite easy and I enjoy it. 1 zap is not a lot but on a global scale from many users it's going to be massive for artists.
Bitcoin will make artistic value great again!
#nostr is circular creative economy.. all we need is a hook to creative apps ..
