tough and complicated cos new age community and i was having hiv / immune system reactive emotional issues with some of the postures and vibes
so it was like .. a single person talking or two people having a convo and my emotions would go like

which is a very complicated space
it is way way easier to listen to something all nauseating or all eyerolling
it really catches me up being in and then having to hard break
this happened constantly over four days
i wanted to quit that workshop so hard
