Muscle memory -> enormous gains while recomping. Now go viral with your miracle transformation story and sell bullshit to unknowing average Joe: "Sixpack in 6 weeks".

You're looking at 3 years of work homie, can't be done in 6 weeks.

Sure, for a solid base. You can push past though. Genetic limit should be reached after 2 to 3 years of optimal training, depending on potential. But that's not needed for health and most average Joe's ambitions.
