Why aren’t there any obese people in Japan? 🇯🇵
The food seems to have a lot of seed oils, carbs and sugars.
But walking through the city i don’t see ANY fat people… HOW?
fewer preservatives, pesticides etc?

in Japan there is a legal limit to allowable waist size.
it makes sense because fat people are a burden on the health care system.
