We had a 486 DX2 66MHz & then a month later the Pentiums came out.

Sounds about right.

That was a giant one on that date. My 386sx in 1993 worked at 25 mhz, 33 in "turbo mode". And if i remember well, the dx versions had a mathematical co-processor, while the sx didn't. Let alone the lack of a HD, everything worked on 5 1/4 floppy disks.

It's been a long ride...
