GM. Back to work today and I’ve got a new employee starting this morning. I always make sure the job trailer is tip top any time we’ve got a new crew member coming onboard. I see some contractors pull up to jobs with cords dangling out their doors and trash all over. Buckets come rolling out when they open their tailgate. That shit give me anxiety!
