Yes, family will become more important again, because people will realize that the welfare state cannot sustainably cover everything and everyone in the long term. Personal responsibility in general will also become more important again.
Additionally, ambitious and good work will be rewarding once again and thus much more recognized.

Low time preference and personal responsibility are rare today, but will change society once increased.
