No, they’re not.
Ideas are held by humans, they cannot exist any other way.
Of course, ideas as knowledge are only alive in the human reign... if there aren't any humans, then there aren't any ideas. But as long as on of us is standing, the idea will live. This is the immortality of an idea, it is not attached to a single person.
