This time of year I'm always plagued with neck/tension headaches.

When it gets real bad I use a heating pad to prep the muscles in my neck. Next I sit in a high back office chair, place a tennis ball behind my neck, and push my neck into the ball grinding it around. Finally I will put on a beanie to keep my head really warm to the point of near fever.

During that time I reduce phone and tablet use so I'm not looking downward.
