Bitcoin's Earliest Adopter Is Cryonically Freezing His Body to See the Future
"He’s always been optimistic about the future," says Hal Finney's wife, Fran. "Every new advance, he embraced it, every new technology. Hal relished life, and he made the most of everything."
It was very sad to hear how he was killed by his wife and mad scientists. Ignorance. He didn't have a peaceful death.
And most likely suffered severe brain damage during those last hours, so the whole ordeal was in vain. A sad joke.
Killed by his wife. ALS was cause of death. Why do you say Fran killed him?
He decided to end his life, so Fran and the doctors at the hospital disconnected him from the life support machines and he's stay alive 18 hours without life support so he propably have serious brain damage. His body is cryogenic preserve but it may be useless if he had a too serious brain damage with no oxygen during hours before the cryogenic process start.
She admitted to not being able to know for certain if he wanted to be disconnected. They assumed that his answer was "yes". An assumption.
They effectively killed him. If he wanted that or not, nobody can know, and so, it remains murder.
So I may have read this wrong, my understanding was/is that Satoshi sent the first #bitcoin to Hal. If, as the earlier note/nostrich said, they are one and the same, then Hal set up a wallet and sent the coin under the pseudonym Satoshi to the genesis wallet “owned” by Satoshi.
I am going to research Hal’s story more fully. Instead of idolizing the man, I will rely on my own better informed opinions rather than asserting hearsay. I embrace lively debate!
Good morning sovereign ones!
I'mma be honest. I don't praise any of them. Because I don't know who satoshi is.. i priase the name Satoshi Nakamoto but an actual human none of us know for sure. Thats where i stand
This is actually the most sovereign way. One must be careful who one puts on a pedestal. So it follows to put no one on a pedestal. Become the high tide that lifts all boats. I love the thinking that happens on #TheNostr ♡
