It was 250 mics, about 2.5 ‘normal hit’ and the edge of ego death. Apparently it was terrifying at first, but his assistant helped him through it, and on his come down he realized how incredible what he just discover was.
Apparent he microdosed almost every day of his long life.
The thing I always think must have been nice for him was to be the first to do it without being pounded with propaganda about its ill effects.
One of the best things I've done in my life was take acid (many times). So damn grateful that I've had those experiences, life changing for sure.
