Why does Norway want to ban BTC Mining? Isn’t that an attractive industry up there? You have natural cold conditions, few people (noise) etc.

They're pretty big on climate change up there.

That’s an understatement.

How about connecting a working LN-address, which will enable plebs to zap you freedom money?

State-owned media and Norwegian politicians claim that before 2030, Norway will shift from being an electrical energy exporter to a net importer of electricity.

As a result, even conservative and far-right politicians are pushing for regulations to prioritize who gets access to Norway’s hydropower and who doesn’t.

Fight about the energy, understand

Sounds like you have chosen an interesting bedfellow.

Well said.

But it was competition for the job as the general secretary of Bitcoin Policy Institute Norway.
