That is bleak, at least his not sitting on his arse about it, and trying to do something, I landed on one of those lists too, and these UK/Dubai numbers would phone me all the time with high pressure sales tactics and I was just not having it, thankfully I wasn't a victim, but there's a scam for everyone, never think you're too smart to fall for one, complacency is the killer
I got rugged using a crappy exchange and in shitcoins and had to learn the hard way too
These scammers calls about investement got on my nerves.
"Can you confirm your email so I can send you information for free? - Fuck no, I'm not comfirming shit, for first tell me where you get my contacts from? ... still there? Hanged up, good."
Lol first of all how did you get my phone number, i didn't sign up for this, and why would I need to invest in assets that outperform the market, but underperform Bitcoin I can hold myself, GFY!!
Tell me about it, my first experience on twitter (many years ago) was a send 1 get 2 back scam 😭 It was late at night and I had easy access to the fucking ledger nano-s, many lessons learned!
