Both Alby and Rizful are very easy, taking only a minute or two to start the node. And the documentation walks new users through the process from start to finish. And both are web-based, requiring no hardware or configuration.

I launched my node entirely from my phone.
Rizful is on my list to look into, just haven't made it that far down.
You can read over their documentation which is comprehensive before taking the plunge. Rizful was designed to be an educational platform so they did a good job of explaining everything in their documents.
