It's so bad. And even if you do everything you can for yourself, you can't do anything about any one else's devices doing it. Like, just give up if you live with anyone and they're a normie phoner.
i feel this. i use #molly (hardened fork of #signal) and #simplex. i insist friends and family use one or the other to contact me...and i try to mitigate the threat by not making naked cell calls (vpn is always on) and i treat them as if they're being recorded...because they are š

the phons prob just buffer it tho. so blast some tunes or move away. The best mosquito deterrent btw is to just move away. They congregate around your breath.
