I agree with much of what she says regarding the big banks, but I didn't hear any detailed explanations about how these possible attacks on bitcoin could be carried out.

Based on what I have heard so far it's just as likely that Blackrock has reached the 'if you can't beat them, join them' phase.

I don't think Blackrock understands bitcoin well enough to manage it properly, just like a person buying it for the first time... They will make a lot of mistakes.
