The chicken stock is homemade but I like to add a scoop of this to blast out the collagen.

I figured so. I make my own too. I've been curious about collagen.
It's possible to overdo it, but generally speaking many have too much muscle meat, not enough connective tissue.
Supplemental collagen is smart.
