Yep. played for about 8 years. Haven’t picked one up in a few years tho but every time I do, I can play Ode To Joy all the way through.

I never played violin, but dabbled with viola as the strings are the same as the cello. Fairly easy to transfer knowledge from my little bit of playing around.
