Are you trying to connect to a self hosted pool? Or just the one that is preconfigured on the Axe?

That’s odd, if it’s anything like a normal miner; you find it on the network and update the pool info and get mining straight away.

Have you confirmed that your router is not blocking port 3333?

Nice Bitaxe! Seems to hash fine. Does it give an error in the axeos settings? You should be able to change the pool there.

Might be a dead asic if not hashing at all. If you tried everything common and it’s not hashing contact the seller would be my approach.

I assume you already got another Bitaxe hashing ? If not the last approach would be to check if your router is blocking some connections

I unplugged it over night and now when I plugged it back in all of the sudden everything is working...for the moment....im afraid to unplug and move it again lol.
