Yes, bc i was paid to set it up for a small group. Also s9 makes it so easy

I've never played with start9. Is it clearnet or over tor?
Tor, clearnet soon™
Even tor only is useful. I've tested with just a tor relay on my phone and notes still propagate, just slower. As people with tor connections interact they will spread to clearnet relays too.
