If MicroStrategy sold 1 BTC per hour every day for 15 and a half years...

They would still have #bitcoin left 🤯

The true bull 🐮

Does that mean they can control the market to a certain extent ?

For context:

Currently, there are 19 million bitcoins in circulation (many people have also lost their keys)

MicroStrategy holds 132,500 BTC, which is a significant amount but not enough to gain complete control of the market.

However, their holdings will still have a significant impact.

Thanks for the context 🫂 it’s more clear for me now, they are a big holder but not big enough compared to the market size

They also have shown zero signs of interest in market manipulation or any other negatively disruptive market actions. All reasons point to they just wanna HODL.

This seems like it's true of all people who later manipulate markets.

They have lot of Bitcoins.

Holy satoshi! 🚀

The information I came across left me feeling rather disappointed, as it didn't add any value to my life. I understand the need for marketing, but the kind of tactics they employ are quite disheartening 😞.

It's frustrating to see Bitcoin Magazine frequently engaging in clickbait tactics that focus on high time preference, while simultaneously promoting the importance of low time preference.

The irony in this situation is truly baffling and leaves me feeling somewhat disillusioned 🤔.

Clearly we don't want the government in charge of money, but now we've got a handful of people controlling so much Bitcoin (not printing!). The potential for pumps and dumps is real, especially with AI and people who follow technical analysis. It's also really bad optics.

I mean, don't get me wrong, you KNOW I own that stock.

He owns less than 1% thats basically nothing. Bitcoin has always had large holders think of Satoshi with 1.2 million coins or the WW twins. If anything it's becoming more distributed.

they did the math

If you buy one Satoshi a day you will have a whole Bitcoin in about 273,972 years
