So this happened. Curious your reactions:

In the afternoon from my office window I saw a teenager walking his dog 🐶. The dog 🐶 was taking a 💩 just outside the back entrance. I saw the kid had 💩 bags 💼 and thought he would get it.

After the dog 🐶 finished the kid looked down and them stared walking towards the front of my building. I opened the door and said to him:

“Excuse me. Did your dog 🐶 just 💩?”

Him - “Ummm….Yeah.”

Me - “Do you have 💩 bags 💼?”

Him - “Ummm….Yeah.”

Me - “Did you use them?”

Him - “Ummm….no.”

Me - “Can you go pick it up?”

Him - “Ummm….Yeah.”

🤔🙈😅🤷😂

Am I an asshole and did I just doxx myself ✌️ much 😅🤷😂.

Is this where society is at?

Please 🙏 tell me what you think or what you would have done ✅?

NTA. Not picking up after your dog is gross.

I mean, doesn’t sound like you were mean. It’s selfish and lazy not to clean up after your dog. I’m sure he - personally - doesn’t enjoy stepping on 💩. Don’t do to others what you don’t want others to do to you, is a good moto. Hopefully, he’ll remember next time and no one has to point it out again. Truth be told, we all need reminders of social responsibility. My wife reminds me all the time to put the lid down. It’s only the courteous thing to do. When I do it and she doesn’t have to remind me, it’s peaceful for her and for me. We all win. A win-win for everyone.

According to your writing you judged the case very well 👌🏾 If I would do it myself? Depends on the situation realy.. if there was any risk of stepping in to dog shit I definitely would do the same. Nothing more annoying than that.. On the other hand if it was near some bushes or whatever, you know live and let live.. 😂

Thanks for encouraging decency. I would have done what you did.
