so, coming to the end of day two of my minimum 3 day fast

i had two espressos today. i think they helped me do some more work, or at least, try to do work.

the cat is coping perfectly fine with being starved, it's quite remarkable. his belly seems to be less swollen already tho. idk what gave me the idea to try fasting the cat at the same time as me fasting, but thinking about it some more, it made a lot of sense, so here i am.

his health issues are somewhat similar to mine... allergies, digestive problems, mainly seems to be related to these ear mites and idk what is inside his lungs but the fact that the belly is big... well, like my belly is big. idk. anyway, after friday morning we are both back to normal feeding schedule.

i am already feeling a lot better, actually. but i know that the magic 3 days is a minimum to kickstart the autophagy, and probably how long it takes to completely void the entire GI tract.

tasting food residues in my mouth still is so weird tho... i think that drinking so much milk may have had some role in this, like, sealing up membranes and sealing things in that they haven't unsealed fully yet even, just a slow drip...
